I was sole legal counsel guiding and advising on the launch of a localised version of one of the world’s biggest comedy channels in Africa. This project spanned across various areas from the acquisition of content, production of local content, regulatory and compliance matters and working on the more sexy parts of a launch such as event and talent management.
