I was sole legal counsel on the building and development of Hong Kong’s number pay tv, mobile, fixed line and telecommunications operator OTT product. This was the first time the company would be venturing into building a new media product such as this one and once built and launched in record time I advised the company on the sale and distribution of that product as a white label service.
